The Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188) allows the holder to own, manage and invest in a business in Australia. To be eligible for the visa of Australia business immigration in Dubai, the applicant must be nominated by an Australian State or Territory government agency and must operate a new or existing business in Australia. This visa is a provisional visa which leads to Permanent Residence in Australia under the Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) visa (subclass 888) if the conditions of the visa are met.

The visa is granted with multiple entry. You can leave and re-enter Australia as many times as you want while the visa is valid.
The visa starts on the date it is granted.
This provisional visa requires you to invest at least AUD 1.5 million in an Australian State or Territory and maintain business or investment activity in Australia.
