A Start-up Visa is intended for immigrants who have the skills and potential to build businesses in Canada using Canada business immigration in Dubai that:

• Are Innovative
• Can create jobs for Canadians
• Can compete on a global scale

This is a Permanent Resident program, whereby applicants will be issued PR to come to Canada, incorporate a company, and work on a startup concept in conjunction with a Canadian government approved incubator.

To apply for the Start-up Visa Program, your business idea or venture must get the support of one or more of the designated organizations listed below:

• Angel investor groups:
  To qualify for the investment program, an applicant must secure one or more investments from groups approved by IRCC in the amount of CAD $75,000 for their business. Alternatively, they can also qualify by obtaining multiple investments from angel investor groups that total the same amount.
• Venture capital funds:
  An applicant must secure an investment of CND $200,000 from at least one of the approved venture capital funds to invest into their qualifying business.
• Business incubators must accept the applicant into its business incubator program.
